TUD’s paper titled “Disjunctive Multi-Level Digital Forgetting Scheme” has been published in the proceedings of the 39th ACM/SIGAPP Symposium on Applied Computing.

Qimeng Li et al of the University of Calabria presented a paper titled “Development and Validation of a Proximity-based Wearable Computing Testbed for Community-oriented Wearable Systems,” at the 2024 IEEE International Conference on Pervasive Computing and Communications Workshops and other Affiliated Events (PerCom Workshops) which took place in Biarritz, France, on May 2024.

Giorgos Polychronis et al presented a paper titled “Should I Stay or Should I Go: A Learning Approach for Drone-based Sensing Applications” at the 6th International Workshop on Wireless Sensors and Drones in the Internet of Things which took place in Abu Dhabi, UAE in conjunction with the 20th International Conference on Distributed Computing in Smart Systems and the Internet of Things (DCOSS-IoT).

Nawaz Ali et al. of UNICAL presented a paper titled “Simulators for system dataset generation in the Edge-to-Cloud Continuum” at the 3rd Workshop on DIStributed COLlective Intelligence (DISCOLI 2024) which took place in Abu Dhabi, UAE on April 29-May 1, 2004 in conjunction with the 20th International Conference on Distributed Computing in Smart Systems and the Internet of Things (DCOSS-IoT 2024) .

Anastasios Nanos et al of Nubis presented a paper titled “Enabling Cloud-native IoT device management” at the 1st International Workshop on MetaOS for the Cloud-Edge-IoT Continuum (MECC 2024) which took place in Athens, Greece on April 22, 2024, in conjunction with the European Conference on Computer Systems (EuroSys).

Charalampos Mainas et al of NUBIS presented a paper on “Sandboxing Functions for Efficient and Secure Multi-tenant Serverless Deployments” at SESAME ’24 which took place in Athens, Greece on April 2024 in conjunction with EuroSys 2024.

Maria Goutha, Ilias Lagomatis and Anastassios Nanos of NUBIS, and Alexandros Patras of UTH participated in EuroSys 2024 which took place on April 22-25 in Athens, Greece, with a poster titled “OpenCV hardware acceleration with vAccel“. The one-page paper version is also available here.
